Our Ayurvedic hospital in Kerala is much larger when compared to our clinics and offers more possibilities & scope for treatment. At Ayurvalley hospital, we rely on modern diagnostic procedures and refer to past medical records of the patient to diagnose an ailment and prescribe the necessary ayurvedic intervention for the same. All our treatment procedures are based on the traditional healing therapies emanating from ancient texts associated with Ayurveda.
We have experienced, dedicated, and academically trained doctors who look after the needs of the patient with empathy and give the patient the attention they deserve. They are equally supported by competent medical staff. Our Ayurvedic Hospital in Kerala has in-house medical facilities for treating major ailments and has the necessary medical infrastructure for undertaking specialized treatment in Ayurveda like Panchakarma. It is also equipped enough to treat major lifestyle disorders (obesity & diabetes), and major ailments like multiple sclerosis.
We have patients coming from all over India and overseas, and we have the necessary facilities to accommodate them. Most of the patients who come to us from far-off places are patients who could not be cured through Western medical approaches. In most cases, our doctors are able to provide appropriate ayurvedic interventions to make their condition much better than all previous treatments. On completion of treatment, most of these patients go back inspired by the approaches offered by Ayurveda.
Not just outpatients, we also receive local patients and individuals from adjoining areas, who come after having failed with allopathic medicines. In addition to local patients, we also receive patients referred to us by our Ayurvalley clinics situated in areas of close proximity. At Ayurvedic Hospital in Kerala, the emphasis is on treating an ailment or a disease in the most holistic manner without the focus on symptoms. We still employ the age-old method of diagnosing a disorder based on “doshas” and “pulse reading” is still employed to better understand specific ailments.
Our hospital is located in a serene and pristine setup amidst nature offering our patients the best environment for healing. All in-patients in the hospital are provided with nutritious vegetarian food prepared in-house under the careful supervision of Ayurvedic doctors. As mentioned earlier, Ayurveda considers food to play a major role in healing. Hence, no effort is spared in ensuring that the most nutritious food is prepared and served to patients for quick recovery.
At Ayurvalley hospital, we do not claim to offer any special treatment to our patients. Remaining true to the fundamental principles of Ayurveda has been our guiding philosophy right from the start. We adhere to the practices and techniques prescribed in the “Atharva Veda” and have not deviated from it at any point in time.
The same spirit of Ayurveda guides all our doctors and support staff. We consider ourselves to be the “ambassadors of Ayurveda” for all the people who come to us in the hope of an effective healing regime. Above all, we truly assimilate that our hospital is a “temple for healing” and we as an organization would do the best to provide the best medical care to all our patients.
All our medical intervention places special emphasis on the intake of food and certain foods like meat and fish are avoided during the course of treatment. During the course of the treatment, the patient is advised to take food as medicine and is asked to consume food in moderation. In addition to food, medicines are prescribed to cure the ailment afflicting the body. All the medicines available at the pharmacy of the hospital are manufactured in the most scientific manner without any dilution in the composition of medicine as prescribed in the ancient texts.
