Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 3-4 frozen bananas
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger root powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginseng powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

  • Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth
  • If you want you can add sweetener for taste and more milk beverage to thin it down
  • Dust with more turmeric
